Yoga 101 Sessions

This is a great place to start your yoga journey in the company of other beginners. This four week class meets once a week and is designed to familiarize you with Yoga Springs and the basics of yoga. We encourage you to bring a friend, co-worker or family member as you begin this new journey. Each session is limited to 10 participants, please register in advance Please register in advance $45

We also offer a Free Intro to Yoga class every First and 3rd Saturday of the month.
