Eat, Pray, Love in Yellow Springs
Eat Pray Love evening in Yellow Springs Friday, Sept. 17, is SOLD OUT We may add another date so if you are interested contact us to be on the wait list. The evening will start with a yoga class at the studio, EAT at the Winds Cafe with food inspired by the movie, and a short stroll to the Little Art Theater to watch the movie.
Yoga for Cancer
Saturday, noon-1:30pm (Aug 7-28)
taught by Gail Lichtenfels, RYT, cancer survivor
This class is designed to assist in one’s personal approach to recovery from cancer and its treatments. Anyone with cancer in their past or present is welcome to attend. We will prepare the body with gentle postures for the heart of the class, Yoga Nidra: a deeply relaxing and healing practice that is done lying down. All levels 4 weeks /$45 register
Yoga for Youngsters
Yoga for Children ages 6-10 starts July 28 and Family Yoga, ages 3-5, with a caretaker starts July 29, register on-line or by calling the studio. Support our future generations of yogis.
Yoga on the Axis
Join Mary Sinclair, RYT on Sunday July 18 for a Yoga on the Axis workshop. This is for students who have studied that Balance techniques with Mary previously. Mary will also start a new 6-week Dynamic Posture Session starts Wed. Juy 21 call or register on-line.

Enter the Summer Yoga Challenge
Summer Yoga Challenge June 21-Aug 21 It’s not too late to enter!
The Yoga Springs Studio Challenge is a commitment to attend yoga classes based on your personal goal over a period of 60 days. To enter the challenge you must commit to a minimum of 24 classes (average of 3 per week) in 60 day period. Purchase the unlimited Summer Challenge Package for $175 or use your current class package to enter.

• Bring a yoga buddy or two, friends are great motivators
How it works:
1. Register via email info@yogasprings.com, include contact info and the number of classes you plan to attend in 60 days (minimum 24 classes)
2. Come to a class at Yoga Springs Studio from June 1- Aug 31. Your name and goal will be posted on a chart, each time you attend class add a gold star next to your name!

Students who accomplish their personal goal will be entered to win

FAQs
1. What if I go out of town?
Try to attend a classes while you are away we will honor them with a receipt. If you are unable to get to a class then make up when you return.
2. Can I take more than one class in a day?
It is best to develop the consistency and commitment of doing one class daily.
If you do take more than one class, we will count it towards your 24 class total but please consider that developing a daily practice is far more beneficial.
Yellow Springs Street Fair
Yes we will have classes Saturday during Street Fair! 9am & 10:15am. Ride your bike or come early to class to park. There will be parking next door for $5. Spend the day in Yellow Springs!
