Gail Lichtenfels, R.Y.T.
Gail has practiced yoga for over twenty years and has been teaching for seven years. Her interest in yoga comes from an ongoing interest in philosophy, both Eastern and Western. She has studied with a variety of teachers and received her teaching certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy in Spring 2005 from Janice George, at the Center for Wholeness, in Columbus Ohio. She is currently embarking upon an 18 month advanced teacher-training course with Janice, to obtain the 500-hour level teacher training.
In addition to teaching yoga she is a mother and adjunct faculty in the philosophy department at Wright State University and is currently teaching The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.
Gail’s yoga teaching interests stretch from a Children’s Class for 6-10 year olds, to Yoga for Depression, and soon she will offer a course Yoga for Better Bones and Yoga Nidra.
