Tuition Assistance available through the Yoga Springs Scholarship Fund. Please contact the studio if you need financial assistance or would like to donate to the Fund.
To establish a home practice and a basic understanding of yoga we recommend two classes a week for three months.
- Come at least 10 minutes early to your first yoga class for registration
- Wear comfortable stretchy clothing, we have a changing room
- Avoid eating heavy meals 2-3 hours before class
- Yoga mats and props are provided; feel free to bring your own mat
- Turn of cell phones and pagers prior to entering the studio
