Special Focus Classes indicated in purple and listed on our workshops page. These classes are pre-registration only and are an opportunities to explore aspects of yoga on a deeper level in a small class setting.
To establish a practice, we recommend a minimum of two classes per week.

Class Levels
These are basic guidelines, please feel free to ask which classes are appropriate for you.
Gentle-A slower paced class. with the use of props (chairs, blocks, and bolsters) to support the body. Ideal for those with limited range of motion, injuries, or compromised immune systems.
Level 1 – An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga; basic postures and alignment techniques to build strength, increase range of motion and release tension. Integrating breathing and relaxation
Level 2- For students with prior yoga experience. Refining the basic poses and increasing familiarity with challenging postures such as backbends and inversions.
Level 3- A deeper practice for dedicated yoga students. A challenging class working with backbends, vigorous flows and inversions.
